Shipping and Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • You can request an exchange within 15 days of your purchase date.
    • Exchange requests should be initiated by contacting Broncoo within 3-4 days of receiving the order. Contact options include email at info@broncooclothing.com or WhatsApp at +92 322 8666526.
  • Process for Exchange:

    • Provide your order number and the items you wish to exchange when you reach out.
    • Products need to be returned via courier service, addressed under the name Broncoo.
    • There are no delivery charges if the exchanged item is the same article. If you opt for a different product, standard delivery fees will apply.
  • Refunds:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
  • Exemptions:

    • Items purchased during 80% OFF sales are not eligible for exchange or refund.
