Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.
How to Request a Refund

- Customers are responsible for returning the product through a courier service to Broncoo.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, based on your preference.
Exchanges and Delivery Charges
- Exchange requests must be made within 3-4 days of receiving the product. We offer free shipping for exchange items of same size.
- If you prefer to exchange to a different product, additional shipping charges will apply
